Yes. You’ll have full admin access. The dashboard I give you makes it easy to post, schedule content, and track engagement. You can also connect the profile to other tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) if you prefer.
No. A social profile is infrastructure, not a campaign. It’s like building a storefront, it needs to exist before people can walk in, but you still have to get them to the door. If you want active posting, engagement, and lead generation, that’s a separate service (Social Media Management).
Yes. I’ll send you a preview link and screenshots. You can request changes before I hand over the keys.
You don’t have to. For Facebook and Instagram, you grant access through Business Manager, no password required. For LinkedIn and X, I’ll either set up the profile from scratch using a business email, or you can create it and add me as an admin temporarily. I never ask for personal login credentials.
Reach me through the dashboard or email. If you have questions about posting, settings, or anything else, I’m available. This is a one-time setup fee, but I don’t disappear after delivery.
If I haven’t started work yet, full refund. If I’m halfway through, partial refund based on work completed. Once the profile is delivered and you’ve approved it, the service is complete, no refunds at that point.
