You fill out the intake form. I gather your logo, colors, fonts, and images. We brand the template to match your business.

Content Integration
I plug your approved content into the template layout.

1st Revision Cycle
You get a staging link. Review it. First-round feedback focuses on:
– Section removals
– Color scheme
– Fonts

This is where we make sure the structure and branding are right.

2nd Revision Cycle
Second round focuses on:
– Image swaps
– Content tweaks
– Banner elements (not full redesign)
– Social media links

Pre-Launch QA
My team runs quality checks. Mobile-friendly, responsive across devices and browsers.

Migration
We move the page to your hosting. You provide access credentials, we handle the rest.

Post-Launch QA and Handover
Final check to make sure everything works. Then it’s live.

Common questions.

How long does it take to build? 3-5 business days once I have all requirements (intake form, payment, content, hosting access). If something’s missing, the clock doesn’t start.

Does the project start as soon as I pay? Payment is part of the requirements, but I can’t start building until I have everything (intake form, content, hosting access, etc.). Once I have it all, I generate a project timeline within 24 hours. Get your ducks in a row before paying and we’ll move fast.

What tech do you use? WordPress themes built with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

Where do you build it? I set up a staging environment. You’ll get a preview URL once the initial QA is done. Then we migrate to your hosting.

How many revisions do I get? Two rounds. First round: design-related changes (colors, fonts, section removals). You have 24-48 hours to send feedback. Second round: content-related changes (text edits, image swaps, social links). Another 24-48 hours to review.

Can I see the site while you’re building it? No. Staging preview comes after the first build is done. Giving access mid-build just slows things down.

Why won’t you launch on a Friday? Weekend launches are bad practice. If something breaks Saturday morning, nobody’s around to fix it. We launch Monday-Thursday.

Do you offer support after launch? Yes. Email support during business hours, usually under 24 hours. Longer if it’s a weekend.
