What I need from you

Before we start, I’ll need:

A description of your business and what you’re selling
Your domain name and hosting details (or I can help you set those up)
Content, product descriptions, photos, logo, any branding assets you have
Color preferences and style direction (or just send me 3 sites you like)
Any special functionality you need (integrations, custom checkout, etc.)

If you don’t have all your content ready, that’s fine. We can start with placeholders and swap in the real stuff as you finish it.

The process

Planning. We talk through your products, audience, and what you want the site to do. I build an outline.
Mockup design. I design the homepage, layout, colors, fonts, image style. You review it.
Revision. You tell me what to change. We dial it in.
Development. Once you approve the design, I build the rest of the site.
Testing. I test everything, checkout, mobile, forms, speed.
Launch. You give final approval, we flip it live.

Usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on how complex the design is and how many revisions you need.

Hosting

This package covers design and build. Hosting is separate (Shopify handles that, and they charge monthly). I’ll walk you through the setup.

Support

After launch, you get 30 days of support via email. If something breaks or you need help tweaking something, I’m available. Response time is usually 24 hours or less during business hours.

Common questions.

Is this a custom design or a template?

Custom. No templates. I design every page specifically for your business.

How long does it take?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Depends on the complexity of the design and how many rounds of revisions you need.

What’s the process?

Six steps: Planning (we outline the site), Mockup Design (I design the homepage), Revision (you request changes), Development (I build the rest), Testing (I make sure everything works), Launch (we go live).

Does this include hosting?

No. Shopify handles hosting (they charge separately for that). This package covers the design and build, plus 30 days of post-launch support.

What if I need more revisions than what’s included?

Take your time on the first round and catch everything you can. Extra revisions cost extra and add time to the timeline.

How do I send you my content?

Email works. Text, photos, logos, whatever you have. If you can get me content before I start the homepage mockup, that’s ideal.

What if I don’t have all my content ready yet?

Are there hidden costs?
