What You Get

This is a straightforward Squarespace site build. Five pages, template-based, optimized for mobile and search engines. You provide the content (or hire me to write it), pick a theme from Squarespace’s library, and I take it from there.

Deliverables:

• 5 informational pages (homepage + 4 inner pages)
• Template/theme-based design (you select from Squarespace 7.1)
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Up to 8 professional stock photos (sourced from 123rf.com)
• SEO-friendly structure
• Mobile-responsive pages
• Google Analytics integration
• 2-3 week turnaround from kickoff to launch

Not Included:

• eCommerce functionality
• Content writing (available as add-on at $31/page for up to 250 words)
• Additional pages beyond the initial 5 ($20/page)
• Additional contact forms beyond 1 ($25 each)
• Extra stock images beyond 8 ($10/image)

How It Works

Step 1: Kickoff

Once you approve the quote and process payment, we start. I’ll need:

• Brief description of your business and what you want the site to accomplish
• Sitemap (5 pages, what goes where)
• Logo files and any brand guidelines
• Written content for all pages (or let me know if you want me to write it)
• 2-3 reference sites you like
• Your selected Squarespace theme (pick one from their 7.1 templates)
• Login credentials to your Squarespace dashboard (you’ll need an active Squarespace plan)

Step 2: Design & Development

• I build the homepage first (takes about 4 business days)
• Then the inner pages (roughly 2 weeks total if I have everything I need)

Step 3: Testing

• Before launch: I test the site internally (up to 4 business days)
• After launch: I test again live, then hand it off to you

Total timeline: 2-3 weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming no delays on content or feedback.

Important Notes

• The site is built on a Squarespace template you choose. Customization is limited to what the template allows.
• Stock images come from 123rf.com. If you need more than 8, it’s $10/image.
• Pricing is based on the scope outlined here. Changes or additions will require a separate estimate.
• Delays in providing content, feedback, or login access will push back the timeline.
• You must have an active Squarespace account (version 7.1) and provide login access.
