What is retargeting?

Someone visits your website. They look around, maybe read a service page, then leave without calling or filling out a form. Retargeting puts an ad in front of them later, while they’re on a news site, watching a YouTube video, checking their Gmail. It keeps you in front of people who already showed interest.

Who should use this?

Businesses that get traffic but don’t convert all of it on the first visit. If you’re spending money on ads or SEO and people are visiting your site, retargeting helps you get a second (and third) shot at those visitors.

What happens after I sign up?

We’ll schedule a kickoff call to go over your business, what you’re selling, and who you want to reach. Then we build out the campaign, install the tracking tag, create the ads, set up the targeting. You’ll start seeing weekly reports as soon as the campaign is live.

How much does this cost?

Pricing is listed on this page. This is the mid-tier retargeting package. If you’re spending less than $800/month on ads, the Retargeting 1 package might be a better fit. If you’re over $1,200/month, look at Retargeting 3.

How do I know it’s working?

You’ll have access to your BMG dashboard where you can see every ad we’ve created, every placement adjustment, and all the performance metrics, impressions, clicks, conversions. We also send weekly and monthly reports. You’ll know exactly where your ad dollars are going and what they’re producing.

Does this guarantee sales?

No. Retargeting gets your ad in front of people who already visited your site. It increases the odds they come back and convert. But it’s still advertising, we can’t control whether someone picks up the phone or fills out a form. What we can do is make sure the right people see your ad at the right time.

Can I just send people to my homepage?

You can, but a dedicated landing page almost always works better. People clicking a retargeting ad are warmer than cold traffic, they’ve already seen your site. A landing page that matches the ad and speaks directly to what they were looking at will convert better than a generic homepage. We offer landing page setup and optimization as an add-on if you need it.

Do I get access to the campaign?

Yes. You’ll see everything on your dashboard, ad performance, placement data, spend, conversions. Full transparency.

How do I cancel?

Email me or reach out through the dashboard. Depending on how much work has been completed in the current billing cycle, you may get a full refund, partial refund, or no refund. We’ll walk you through it.
